For defaulted products and services, a restoration fee of €50 each will be incurred. These products and services will only be reinstated once the penalty fee is successfully settled. This balanced approach ensures accountability and adherence to our terms.

Site2u.eu operates as a cooperative of freelancers, distinguishing itself from conventional companies. However, it is important to note that we cannot generate administrative invoices, so we do not charge taxes. This balance of benefits and limitations underscores our commitment to equitable dealings to provide exceptional service and quality.

Site2u.eu takes care of all commissions and additional charges incurred through payment gateways. Customers need not worry about these fees unless they decide to switch providers (as indicated in point 1.1) Canceled subscription (as indicated in point 1.4) or late monthly payment (as indicated in point 1.5). Our commitment to transparent pricing means you're free from these costs while enjoying our services.

1.1 Migrate from Site2u to another provider:

At site2u, we're proud to offer comprehensive services and products, covering all monthly expenses for domain names, business email, certificates, development, design, and more. Should you decide to transition to another provider, you're welcome to do so. However, please note that we ask for the reimbursement of €200 in operating costs, which we initially invest in the creation and maintenance of your website. This equitable approach ensures our ongoing commitment to quality service.

1.2 Time to deliver products and services:

We guarantee that all our products and services will be delivered in a maximum time of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 business days, depending on the size and complexity. The information with the exact time regarding your product or service will be indicated to you by our collaborators when confirming the payment.

1.3 Migrate from another provider to Site2u:

This service costs €49 and we take care of everything

1.4 Canceled subscription

At site2u.eu, we believe in flexibility without contracts or commitment periods. If you're ever dissatisfied, feel free to cancel your subscription anytime. Keep in mind, though, that a canceled subscription can only be reinstated up to one day before the one-year term. This process incurs a fee of €200 to cover administrative efforts. Our aim is to provide freedom and options while maintaining operational efficiency.

1.5 Late monthly payment
